Application: Ford 10R80 10-speed RWD/4WD (2017+ F-150/Raptor, torque to 800Nm). Design: High-pressure gerotor pump (hardened steel inner/outer rotors, T6 aluminum housing). Integrated electronic pressure control (EPC) solenoid (PWM-regulated, 0–120 psi). Key Specs: Flow rate: 20L/min @ 2000 RPM (5µm filtration critical). Clearances: 0.018–0.025mm rotor (replace if >0.08mm). Relief valve: 145psi burst protection. Failure Modes: Cavitation erosion (low fluid/air ingress).

  1. Ứng dụng: Ford 10R80 10 cấp số RWD/4WD (2017+ F-150/Raptor, mô-men xoắn đến 800Nm).

  2. Thiết kế:

    • Bơm gerotor áp suất cao (rotor trong/ngoài bằng thép tôi cứng, vỏ nhôm T6).

    • Van điều khiển áp suất điện tử (EPC) tích hợp (điều khiển PWM, 0–120 psi).

  3. Thông số kỹ thuật chính:

    • Tốc độ dòng chảy: 20L/phút @ 2000 RPM (lọc 5µm là rất quan trọng).

    • Khe hở: 0.018–0.025mm rotor (thay thế nếu >0.08mm).

    • Van an toàn: Bảo vệ chống vỡ 145psi.

  4. Chế độ hỏng:

    • Xói mòn do xâm thực (lượng chất lỏng/không khí vào thấp).

    • Tắc nghẽn solenoid (mảnh vỡ từ ly hợp bị mòn).

    • Độ xốp của vỏ (lỗi đúc trong các lô ban đầu).

Lưu ý: Yêu cầu Dầu Mercon ULV; các chi tiết đúc 2022+ đã sửa đổi các đường xả khí.
